This menu focuses on heart-healthy recipes packed with whole grains, fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, and healthy fats. You will discover a high-fiber, antioxidant-rich meals through daily consumption of fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and legumes. It uses extra virgin olive oil as its primary cooking oil. A dose of nuts or nut butter provides healthy unsaturated fats while keeping saturated fat to a minimum.
